Brady Sullivan Properties is underway with a major redevelopment at 262 Swansea Mall Drive. The 84-acre site is improved with +/- 600,000 SF of existing buildings, formerly housing the likes of Macy’s, Sears, J.C. Penny, and traditional mall retail tenants. The redevelopment will include a residential apartment community (new construction) and a +/- 90,000 SF state-of-the-art self-storage facility tied in with up to 500,000 SF of mixed-use commercial office and retail space, ultimately creating a vibrant, experiential lifestyle center for Swansea and the neighboring communities.
